Can you make sure you don’t ship to Canada using UPS? From many past experiences, this is a dishonest company. When the package arrives and goes through customs, they add a handling fee. This is normal, and most companies such as DHL adds a $10 fee. The problem is that UPS changes its fee, sometimes it’s $10, sometimes $20. Last time I received a package from you, they charged a $30 handling fee, on top of their shipping fee! One time, they charged me an $80 handling fee! I refused reception and the package was returned. Please, ship to Canada with reputable companies, not UPS! I have found DHL to have a reasonable “handling fee.”

I posted a comment about a damaged order and got my new one coming and should be here Friday. Great service Mark! Just let my wallet breath a lil bit ;)

I’m obsessed with this cover. I appreciate the amount of care that you put into your drops and I am aware that there’s only so much you can do to protect your work and fans from bots and resellers. Between the congee signatures, notes from Gotham, early access for members to make sure it’s not the insanity about whatnot swipe disaster…

So while you may be getting some constructive criticism based on technology and stuff (discount code) I don’t know anybody else in the game that does it better.

Also, I just now got the link email and a second email about the discount code not working (1:11 PM EST).

I copied and pasted the discount code exactly as it appeared in Mark’s email from yesterday, and it did not work. Even copied and pasted multiple times to make sure there were extra spaces or characters in there…

Tried it lower case as well. I’m saw the new email but wouldn’t work. I hear from others it worked later in the cycle. I typed it out lower case exactly as it was in the email with no dashes.

So the discount code worked eventually? I tried 3x in the first 15 minutes and it wouldn’t work, then went ahead for fear of getting sold out….that discount sure would have been nice.

That said, the glow in the dark is one of the best things I’ve seen in a long, long time. Incredible.

Would really like for someone to address the members emails not being received, This is the second time I had no notification. As a member, I have yet to receive anything relating to the site besides my order updates on shipping. I have checked, spam, junk, and other on Outlook and nothing. Thank you.

Out of the 20 that were sold one remark is already up for 400$ …true collector 👎

Also, on my end at least, I didn’t see the blog post or email 5 minutes prior. Would be great to increase that amount of time in the future.

Travis we all prob missed the remark , he only released 20 he said and the bots n ebayscammers always win. Hope you got some goodies though, keep trying (i lost out to at checkout..again)

Had a bit of an issue as well. Discount code wouldn’t work. I missed the remark because of the problem. This was my first subscription experience. Not to mention I got no email and had to refresh the site.

My code didn’t work on any of my orders.

Marks team….idea , since we are paying members , when we buy early can the code not be auto discount at checkout everyone has had issues.., I forget to add it cuz the ebayscammers have me paying for 1 copy immediately

Send a cancellation email. There are 48 hours to cancel it.

Code didn’t work when it went live. Looks like it’s fixed now though. And wow those remarques went quickly!

The discount code worked for me, but I had to add the book, add the code. It didnt apply to the book initially, then I went and added the book in again with the code already applied and it worked from that point forward. Hope some folks see this before making the purchase.

Everyone can use the discount code now. Im going to cancel my previous item.

How is it in 10 sec of release these bots have all the remarks sold out ….Mark , idea to have what’s in our checkout we don’t lose it….its like having groceries to pay in line up and tje person ahead decides they take ours for themselves…am I wrong
