Refund policy
As a small business owner, Mark Brooks Art will do our absolute best to ensure the correct and highest quality products and services are provided as promised to you, our valued customer and supporter. However, we do understand that in some instances a Refund or Replacement will be required, and we will do our best to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase and our customer service.
Pricing & Technical Errors
While we strive for accuracy in all product listings, pricing, descriptions, availability, and promotional details, errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues, human error, or system malfunctions.
Mark Brooks Art reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information — whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been processed.
In the event of a cancellation due to a pricing or technical error, a full refund will be issued promptly to the original payment method.
All Sales Final
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and not eligible for an exchange or return except in the following circumstances:
Incorrect Product Shipped by Mark Brooks Art
Mark Brooks Art must be notified within 15 days of delivery date by email to markbrooksartteam@gmail.com. Mark Brooks Art will verify the incorrect shipment and will require the return of the incorrect product in its original packaging, and undamaged, at the expense of Mark Brooks Art.
Once the incorrect product is returned, the correct replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer within 15 business days.
Incorrect Product Selected and Purchased by the Customer
Product(s) must be returned at the customer’s expense, undamaged and in original packaging. Once the product has been received by Mark Brooks Art, the customer will be required to pay:

An additional shipping cost (equal to the original shipping rate), and

Any difference in product pricing
Once received, the correct replacement product will be shipped within 15 business days.
Product Damaged or Lost During Shipping
Mark Brooks Art must be notified within 15 days of delivery date and proof of damage or loss will be required. Further details based on a customer’s specific situation will be discussed during communications.
If Mark Brooks Art agrees that the product was damaged or lost during shipping, a replacement product will be shipped within 15 days of dispute resolution at no additional cost to the customer.
Mark Brooks Art may require return of the damaged item or proof that the damaged item has been destroyed.
Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if:

A customer changes their mind after products are shipped

A customer provides incorrect payment details

A customer provides incorrect shipping information at time of purchase
Mark Brooks Art Membership Policy
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships renew automatically based on the original membership date and may be canceled by the customer or Mark Brooks Art at any time.
In the case of cancellation:

The customer is responsible for the current month’s payment.

The membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Access to the membership portal and benefits will terminate at the end of the billing cycle.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships renew annually based on the original payment date and may be canceled by the customer or Mark Brooks Art at any time.
Annual Membership fees are non-refundable, either in whole or prorated.
Customers will retain access to annual membership benefits for the remainder of the paid subscription year. At the next renewal date, cancelled members will not be charged and will lose access to the membership portal and associated benefits.
