Absolute Batman #23 drop details!

It's that time again! Mark is dropping his next Absolute Batman cover and boy is this one a doozy. Issue #23 features Clayface in all his horrific glory.

Issue 23 features The first appearance of Clayface which is one of Mark's favorite Batman villains. As a massive horror film fan, Mark wanted to bring the gory idea of body horror mixing influences from John Carpenter's The Thing and House of Wax into an unsettling vision of Absolute Batman's newest foe.

That's the word CLAY in all caps. It's just 4 letters with no spaces, quotation marks, dashes, or anything else. Just CLAY for 10% off one order.


The code will only work once for one order. It won't work if you make multiple orders. It is also single use and expires once you use it. Additionally, the code will only be active from 11am-12noon and will only work in the special member's only store! Any attempt to use the code outside these parameters will result in the code not working so please follow these instructions to the letter. We will also not be able to retroactively go in and add the code for you if you forget! So please make sure to enter it. 

LIMIT TO 3 ITEMS PER ORDER MAXIMUM! If your order contain more than 3 items with the discount code applied, your order will be cancelled immediately and the books returned to stock. We do this to keep it fair and make sure everyone has a chance to get the book(s) they want. 

REMARKED/SKETCHED BOOKS!- We are only allowing one remarked book per order. With only 20 available across the drop, we want to make sure everyone has a chance. If you order more than one remarked book your order will be cancelled and the remarked editions returned to the store. We will be cross referencing email addresses, names, and physical addresses in real time so trying to use more than one account will be caught quickly.

Because we had so much trouble with people receiving their emails in time, we've decided to keep this on the blog so we can guarantee everyone sees and has access to the link at the same time. We don't have any control over other people's email providers and we found that some people's providers weren't sending them the email until minutes after we actually sent them.  We want to avoid that frustration as much as possible so we think this will be the best way going forward.

STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO ENSURE A EASY DROP!

The link will be posted here for the members only store at 11:00am EST and then in various places around social media including the various Absolute Batman groups on Facebook at 12:00pm noon EST. Once the link is active you can click it to get into the store. If for any reason the store won't open for you or you are redirected, close your browser fully and reopen it. Also ensure your cache is cleared so your phone or computer doesn't open an older version of the page. Largely this is what causes the page not to load properly. Also make sure you are entering the private membership store from my actual blog and not anywhere else like the Shopify App. If you use the Shopify App it will not allow you to enter the store for the private pre-sale. Lastly, make sure you are logged into your membership account! If you are logged out you won't be able to access the store. 

DROP DETAILS!

Tomorrow's drop will have 2 editions available-

Blue foil- limited to 800 editions online($50)

Red foil- limited to 700 editions online($65)

Both editions can be bought individually or in bundles(save$5) and Mystery Item bundles(save $5). Additionally, both editions can be upgraded to signed by me, signed by me and Scott Snyder, sketch/remarqued, and CGC grading.  All books come with a COA

We will also be randomly inserting 20 special kanji signature editions that also include a Scott Snyder "notes from Gotham" blurb to random people that purchased a signed edition. These will be done completely randomly so you automatically have the chance to pull a super rare edition just by purchasing!
