Why was the unsigned books the same price as the single signed ones. You could bought the single signed books individually and be 5 dollars more Than the unsigned bundle. At least they’d have one signature. Doesn’t make sense. Will mark just sign all his books to balance it out?

Pricing was screwed up. Labeled as $150 for double signed bundle but just seeing now that I was charged $200 for the bundle? What’s up with that?

I Logged on thinking I could get in at 11 o’clock central standard time. Then I see I can’t find anything to buy for Batman 25. So I read further and find out 11 o’clock time was for the secret member bloggers that you have to pay three dollars for the month. So I go and pay the three dollars. Go back to the site and I can’t figure out where the secret link is located. I was just clicking on the reading about the Batman 25 not big banner of Batman 25. Why would you not have something that says click here for pre-order link. After about five minutes I finally figured out you have to click on the big banner of Batman 25 on that page. Why don’t you have something that just says click here? It took me to a different Page that had the actual pre-order and every single thing was sold out. I even waited till past noon to see if there was a separate allocation for general public and there is nothing it is 1216 central standard time now. Oh,, very disappointed

Hi I bought a brigade membership and I was never notified at 11am
The only notification I received was after they were sold out and after 12pm

I love the books that Mark Brooks has been putting out. They are the most premium issues I own across all my absolute Batman issues. But what really gets me is that if I put a book in my cart and I go to check out it shouldn’t tell me that it’s sold out. I mean, it should at least stay in the cart for a minimum of I don’t know 120 seconds while I’m trying to check out because I’ve been scooped a few times while trying to get stuff in the cart and check out.

I hesitated because the invoice price was higher than the list price, then they were gone. If the list price had been higher (equal to the invoice price), then I woulda gladly paid. You’ve got desirable books! Nice problem to have but this site is whack for purchasing.

Definitely not the smoothest website. Needs an upgrade for an easier purchase. Now once they sell out are there any available for General Public?

Is it comicsketchart running your site? They have messed up so many prices, submissions and other items I have bought through them. It has to be them running your website. Nothing is ever correct, including prices and discount codes.

Had the set I wanted lined up and ready but the price was wrong…. so didn’t buy to check it aganst the site $ and tried to redo the selection to correct $. By that time SOLD OUT! Wow…. I hope they all aren’t like this.

The set was promoted at $150, but I was charged $190 with the JOKER discount.

Would it be possible to exceptionally activate the discount code for the global drop for member that did not used it/ or buy anything due to prices error ?

Been trying since 10:05 central time. Can’t purchase anything. Shows everything sold out. How is supposed to drop for the regular public if we are all sold out? It says both copies unsigned are available but everytime I tried to purchase it says sold out?

I also have not received any sort of confirmation email but my account was charged. I do NOT want to lose my purchase, so I hope this can be fixed somehow. Stuff sells out so quick there’s no time to make any adjustments.

Hi Mark. I believe the prices are messed up. I bought the double set unsigned for $110 and the shop app charged $140. Can you confirm this issue? The double signed set was listed at $150 and charges $210 also

The bundle edition with both signed is listed at $150 but populates as $200 in the cart. The $200 price is the same as previous drops, so I’m guessing the listing is incorrect.
