CGC GRADED COPY CONDITIONS

All CGC graded copies are sold with an expected minimum grade of NM (9.4) or better.

CGC is an independent third-party grading company. All grading decisions and final assigned grades are determined solely by CGC.

RAW COPY CONDITION

All raw (ungraded) copies are sold in NM- (Near Mint Minus) condition or better, unless otherwise specified.

What Does NM- Mean?

According to CGC's published grading standards:

"This grade allows 5 or 6 minor handling defects. A small number of storage defects are allowed, such as minor spine stress lines, bends, or light tanning. Several printing defects fall into this range, with most having little effect on the grade."

Minor manufacturing, printing, or handling imperfections consistent with NM- condition are not considered damage.

PRODUCT IMAGES & FINAL PRODUCTION

All product images displayed are digital mockups for promotional purposes only.

Final printed copies may vary slightly from the images shown, including but not limited to:

• Trade dress placement and positioning

• Printed colours and colour variations

• Foil application and reflective finishes

• Signature placement and ink colour

• Original remarque artwork, placement, and appearance

Please note: Original remarques are hand-drawn by Andy Kubert. Each remarque is unique, and the final artwork may vary from any examples shown.

These minor variations are normal aspects of the printing, signing, and production process.

CGC graded editions will only be available during the public release at 12:00 PM Eastern.

All purchase limits remain in effect during both the Brigade early access and public drops.

BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE PURCHASE LIMITS, PREORDER TIMELINES, CONDITION STANDARDS, AND ORDER POLICIES OUTLINED ABOVE.
